Your review content and chosen display name will be publicly visible. You have control over how you appear on the platform.

Yes! You can edit or update your review at any time:

1. Log into your LexisScore account
2. Go to "My Reviews" in your account dashboard
3. Click "Edit" on the review you want to change
4. Make your updates and resubmit

Edited reviews will show "Last edited on [date]" for transparency. Significant changes may require re-verification before being republished.

If you can't find the company you're looking for, you can request that we add it to our database:

1. Click "Request to add company" in the search field
2. Provide the company name and basic information
3. Submit your request

We typically add new companies within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email notification when the company is added, and you can then submit your review. You can also email us at [email protected] with the company details.

Yes. When your review is published, the company will receive a notification. This is part of our transparency commitment and gives companies the opportunity to:

• Read customer feedback
• Respond publicly to address concerns
• Improve their services based on reviews

However, the company will not have access to your personal contact information (email, phone, etc.). They can only see your public display name and the review content you submitted.
