Conventional Loan

Refinancing
Overall satisfied with my refinancing experience. LoanFactory got me a rate that was 0.75% lower than my previous mortgage, which will save me thousands over the life of the loan. My only complaint was that there were a couple of times when I had to follow up to get status updates. Once I connected with the right person, everything moved quickly. Would still recommend based on the competitive rate alone.
